The West Australian Medieval Alliance (WAMA), proudly presents the Annual Medieval Fayre at the Perth Supreme Court Gardens on Saturday 22nd March 2014
We welcome all individuals and families to join us as we travel back to a time when knights and ladies graced the cities. The diverse entertainment on stage and around the grounds will delight your senses. You can choose your champion and cheer them on as they battle through the tourney or marvel at the skills of the artisans displaying medieval arts and crafts. Laugh at the antics of our medieval court jester and pirate entertainers or marvel at the feats of sword swallowing and juggling. Delight your senses listening to the sweet music from melodious singers and instrumentalists or enjoy the visual splendor of belly dancers and Morris Men group dances. Be brave and dare to ride a camel. Persons of all ages - learn the art of the circus or peruse the wonderful market stalls to buy the beautiful and unusual. You can have a massage or get a memorable photo or clairvoyant reading done. For children there’s fun sword fighting in the boffer area with sword masters, enjoy Punch and Judy puppet shows, have a pony ride, make a sand picture or paint a paper parasol.
